In coaching, you are at all times in charge of the process and agenda. You decide:

  • the number of sessions – I recommend a minimum of four to fully engage with the process
  • the focus and length – all sessions are tailor-made
  • the style – by telephone or Skype, face-to-face or walking (for those in the Bristol area); walking together during the sessions can help you process ideas and information more easily.
