Next steps / free consultation

If you are interested in exploring how coaching could address your particular situation and needs, here are some suggested next steps:

  • Contact me to book a free consultation by phone, or in person – I am based in the Bristol area but happy to travel.
  • This first meeting can be with the HR department or other professionals commissioning the work, or direct with the managers or other employees to be coached.
  • We will discuss what coaching interventions would be suitable for your particular situation and outline the results you are aiming for.
  • Following this I will make recommendations with details of costs and practical arrangements. We will agree all the details before signing an agreement for the coaching work to be done.
  • Each assignment is tailor-made, depending on the changes each individual needs to make. Positive collaboration between your managers and the people to be coached allows the coaching goals to align with your strategic plan. To facilitate this, the initial coaching session is often a three-way meeting involving the person to be coached and the sponsor or line manager.
  • All one-to-one coaching will then take place on your premises, or in some cases by telephone.
  • Depending on the particular coaching assignment, there may be some form of final feedback such as an individual work plan which can be shared with the line manager.
